With Bodrum, Yalikavak and most recently Turgutreis benefiting from the construction of new marinas, a golf course scheduled for completion in July 2007, property prices are set to increase further.

For the first time, Bodrum-Milas airport will remain open during the off season, flights from Gatwick and Manchester airports in the UK will fly directly to Bodrum during the winter of 2006.

Along with the prospect of Turkey joining the EU and discussions by 'no frills' airlines to start flights to Bodrum airport, means that this is a very exciting time.
